Shipping Policy

We make every attempt to ship our items out as quickly as possible.  

Postal Shipments

Please allow 10-15 business days before inquiring the status of your order. Postal Shipments are not sent with tracking, and you will not receive status updates on a Postal Shipment via USPS.

UPS Ground Shipments

Please allow 2-3 business days for an in stock item to leave our facility and tracking to be provided. Once it has left our facility you will receive a tracking number and be able to track your shipment from there. If you do not see your package after 7-10 business days via UPS, please contact us so we can file a tracer with UPS or ship out a replacement in the event of a damaged shipment.

Truck Shipments/ Freight Items

Truck Freights are typically done once every two weeks. We allow 10-15 business days for truck shipment deliveries and truck shipments do not have tracking updates. If you do not see your item within those 10-15 business days, please inquire to check on the status of the order. (In some extreme cases where parts have been oversold it can take up to an additional two weeks for the order to ship, but this is a rarity.)

Lost/Damaged Packages

In the event your package is lost and/or damaged please contact us to begin the claim/tracer. We handle all claims and tracers at no cost to you and offer fully insured shipping on all packages across all carriers.

When contacting us about a shipment, always include your full name, date of purchase and item number. This insures a speedy and accurate response.

Expedited Shipments

If you are in a hurry for an item or are needing it within a certain time frame, please contact us directly. We do our best to keep the availability on the website up to date but mistakes can happen and to prevent any inconveniences we recommend you contact us directly prior to ordering.

Hagie Parts holds the right to refund an order at any point if an item is out of stock, back ordered, or if another shipping situation arises. 

In the event that a part is superseded (subs) to a new part number our staff will contact you about the updated number. Unfortunately on occasion this includes a price difference which the buyer will be responsible to pay the difference.

We charge sales tax as required by law. If you have a sales tax exemption please create an account and contact us with your sales tax exemption certificate or other appropriate documentation before placing order. We can not credit for sales tax after order has been completed.
