If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you
can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items
returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same
form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty
days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your
next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no
additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your
package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below
· All
returns must be in original condition.
· Customer
must have approval (RMA #) after e-mailing our Return Form.
· Limit
of 30 days to return items.
· Damaged
items can be picked up by hagieparts.com, via UPS or USPS.
· These
tags will be mailed to the customer.
· Customers
are in charge of taking package to postal service, or taking item to UPS
terminal. UPS drivers are obligated to stop and pick up a package if you flag
them down with a UPS tag.
· Non-damaged
or simply non-wanted items will not receive return shipping credit.
· Replacement
item shipping charges to the customer address must be collected if item(s) are
not damaged/wanted. We can arrange for a pickup at a cost, or the customer may
send the item back any way they wish. In order to return an item to the
customer as an exchange, shipping is applicable and will be charged. Fees
are varying, however, we charge the lowest possible rate.
· Simply
unwanted items can be returned, but (depending on item) customer may incur a
restocking fee.

You will see a button to begin a RMA. It is important to fill out the
fields so that we can quickly email an RMA number back to you for a
return/exchange. If you don't have an account you will need to click on the
Contact Us link at the top of the screen to request an RMA.
If an error was made by us, or an item was damaged in
shipment, fill out the form, and we will reply with instructions.
Returns/exchanges older than 30 days will NOT be accepted.
